Boomtown's moderators make sure that everything is in order in our forums. Debate and discussions are an important part of Boomtown and naturally someone must make sure that a good tone is kept at all times. The position as moderator is voluntary and a moderator must be willing to spend a lot of time surfing the many threads and posts. But most importantly a moderator must be able to start up hot topics and keep the discussions vibrant.
