The help channel is the place where we provide you with all the info you need in order to get started with Boomtown’s many features. You can find info about our game servers, read in-depth guides and direct questions to our support team.

The help channel has four main areas:

Guides

We've written a series of in-depth guides in order to help you achieve the best possible online experience. In our game guide section we show you how to to install and play some of the most popular games on the Internet. You can find guides about the Boomtown site, too. You'll also be able to get help for installing the Boomtown@Home game client and how to join our many game servers.

Support

This is the place to get help for your specific problems, as you can e-mail questions to our support team. Please note that only City Members can get full support. If you have problems logging in or with your Prepaid, you don´t have to be a City Member to use the support form. If you need to complain about a ban, this is also the place for doing that.

Online Help

Here you can check out our maintenance status. This is also the area where you’ll find the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about the Boomtown site, the game servsers and more. Finally this is the section where we have gathered together all our community rules, including our various server rules and our forum rules.

Community

In this area you’ll find a list of Boomtown’s moderators, admins and writers. If you want to help other users, you can do that in the Help Forum. The last option in this section, is our rating system. Read it to find out how we rate the games we´re reviewing.
